Refund policy

Return Policy for clothing and apparel-
• Products can be replaced/returned within a period of 7 days from date of delivery.
• Returns/replacement are applicable in the following cases-
•⁠ If the customer was delivered a damaged product, has a manufacturing defect, wrong product, incorrect size or colour. In such cases proof of defect/damage should be shared along with clear photographs of the damage/defect. For sizing issues share images with a measuring tape as reference.
Kindly note: Replacement will be available with the same product type only.
Replacement products will only be accepted if-
•⁠ ⁠Products are in original condition, along with original packaging and customer details.
* Tags and other accessories that came along with the product should be returned along with the product.
• Customer details and shipping details can be shared to customer care for smooth replacement/return.
• Valid refunds will be done within 10 working days and replacement within 7 working days.
•⁠ ⁠Size, design and colour other than what was ordered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
* If the wrong address is provided and the shipment returns even after the second attempt the customer will have to bear the shipping charges of Rs 150 for it to be shipped again.

Replacement request from customer-
•⁠ ⁠If the customer requests for a replacement they will have to bear the shipping cost of Rs 150. Replacement will be for the same product, size, colour and design.

Replacement for Accessories (Totes, Mugs, Coasters Notebooks)-
•⁠ ⁠Damaged and wrong designs on accessories are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery with all tags and original packaging showing shipping label and customer details, along with clear photographs of the damage/wrong design (mandatory).
•⁠ ⁠Accessories other than the ones ordered are not eligible for replacement or return.
•⁠ ⁠If a wrong address is provided and the shipment returns even after the second attempt the customer will have to bear the shipping charges of Rs 150 for it to be shipped again.

Please Note- shipping charges mentioned are for items within 500gms, rates increase as per the weight of the products.
